Ticket Delivery and Lost Tickets

For your convenience, we encourage customers to choose E-Tickets. In the case of lost, stolen, or misplaced tickets, SkyFlyAirline is not responsible for providing a replacement or compensation. Please directly contact the airline for assistance with such issues.

Pricing and Availability

  • Pricing: The prices displayed on our website are subject to change, as airlines may update their pricing and availability. Ticket prices are not confirmed until payment is processed and the ticket is issued.
  • Availability: SkyFlyAirline cannot guarantee ticket availability until the booking is confirmed and the payment is authorized.

Refund Policies Based on Ticket Type

Refundable Tickets

Refundable tickets provide maximum flexibility. If you need to cancel, you may be eligible for a full refund, minus any cancellation fees imposed by the airline. The specific fees depend on the airline’s terms at the time of cancellation.

Partially Refundable Tickets

Partially refundable tickets allow some flexibility but do not guarantee a full refund. Depending on the airline’s policy, you may receive a partial refund or a travel voucher for future use.

Non-Refundable Tickets

Non-refundable tickets offer a lower upfront cost but come with strict cancellation policies. If you cancel a non-refundable ticket, no refund will be issued, and the total fare will be forfeited. In some cases, the airline may provide a travel credit or voucher at their discretion.

Cancellation and Modifications

Cancellation within 24 Hours of Booking

You can cancel your ticket within 24 hours of booking for a fee. To process the cancellation, please contact our customer support team. Applicable fees will be deducted as per the airline’s policies.

Cancellations After 24 Hours

For cancellations beyond 24 hours, you will need to follow the airline’s specific cancellation policy. Depending on the airline, this may involve cancellation fees, and refund eligibility will vary.

No-Show Policy

If you do not show up for your flight and fail to inform the airline or SkyFlyAirline, your ticket will be treated as a no-show. No refund will be issued for no-show tickets. To avoid this, please ensure you arrive at the airport on time or notify the airline of any changes at least 4 hours before departure.

Changes to Passenger Information

Once a booking is made, SkyFlyAirline is unable to process changes to the passenger’s name(s), as airlines typically do not permit name changes. Any changes to the itinerary will be subject to the airline’s rules and may incur additional penalties.

Low-Cost Airlines

For tickets booked with low-cost carriers, please note that if the booking is made within 7 days (168 hours) of the departure date, the ticket is non-refundable. Once the ticket is issued, changes or cancellations will not be allowed.

Refund Eligibility and Conditions

Eligibility for a Refund

To qualify for a refund, the cancellation must adhere to the airline’s fare rules, and the request must be submitted directly through SkyFlyAirline. If you fail to show up for your flight, the cancellation request will be denied, and you will not be eligible for a refund.

Waiver Requests from Airlines

In some cases, SkyFlyAirline will work with the airline to secure a waiver and facilitate a refund. However, please note that we cannot guarantee that the airline will grant a waiver, as the final decision rests with the airline.

Service Fees

Please be aware that any service fees paid to SkyFlyAirline during the booking process are non-refundable. If a refund request is authorized, post-ticketing service fees may apply, which are determined by the supplier and are only applicable if the refund is approved.

Refund Processing Time

Once the refund has been approved by the airline or supplier, it may take 60 to 90 days for the funds to be credited back to your account. The exact processing time depends on the airline’s refund procedure.

ZERO Cancellation Service

Eligible Flights for ZERO Cancellation

The ZERO Cancellation Service is available only for selected flights. If you qualify for this service, you may cancel your flight without any cancellation fee, provided that the cancellation occurs 24 hours prior to the departure time.

Non-Eligibility for ZERO Cancellation

If you cancel your flight outside the 24-hour window, or if your cancellation is due to a no-show, the ZERO Cancellation Service will not apply, and normal cancellation penalties will be charged.

Misuse of the ZERO Cancellation Service

In cases of misuse or abuse of the ZERO Cancellation Service, either by the customer or a travel agent, SkyFlyAirline reserves the right to deny the service, cancel the booking, and withhold any refund.
